Please follow the underlined writings to redeem your Rs 50 voucher. - Open MyJio app - Click on My Vouchers. - Click on Buy Now. You can check for the plan to buy, just click on that plan (Rs 398 and above). - Alright, you are all set to go, Jio automatically applied the voucher for you and you will have to pay Rs 50 less.

First of all, make sure all Rs.50 vouchers are credited to your Jio number after recharging your number previously with plan 399 or above. I haven't received any vouchers after recharging my number with higher plan. After i wrote my issue to company, i got my rs.50 credited to my jio numbers.
After login into Jio App. Go to My Vouchers section and then View. You will be able to see 8 vouchers you have received. If not able to see, then you can check it on payment gateway page after selection of plan to be recharge.
If you are able to see discount of rs.50 in total amount on payment gateway page, that means vouchers are credited You don't need to select voucher to redeem. The jio app will automatically debit one voucher at the time of payment.
The jio app provides the facility to deduct amount from paytm wallet and UPI or you can use other options too
