B.Ed course will now be of four years: Union Minister Prakash Javadekar's announcement


The central government is going to make Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) course four years from next year. This can improve the quality of education. Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javadekar said this.


Addressing the Central Vidyalaya and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya's Principal, the second day of the two-day conference, Javadekar said that we are launching a four year integrated course from next year.

The level of education has gone down because this is the ultimate option for students. The first option should be. This professional should not be selected or pre-selected.


This rule will be implemented after one year of the students of this course will be saved. Because students can take admission in this course after 12th standard. The students who currently have to graduate from nowadays are required to take the B.Ed course for two years.


Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that 15-20 state level 5-8 students are conducting the examination. B.Ed course, can be done in three streams, BA, B.Com and BSc for more than one year.
